Legal aide for under Trial prisoners

The preamble of the Indian constitution aims to secure for the people of India justice – socio-economic and political. Articles 38 and 39A of the Indian constitution are notable. Article 38(1) states- the State shall promote the welfare of the people by securing and protecting the social order including justice and Article 39-A of the constitution states that the state shall in particular, provide free legal aid, by suitable legislation or schemes, to ensure that opportunities for securing justice are not denied to any citizen. Legal aid may be taken to mean free legal assistance to poor persons in any judicial proceedings before the Court, Tribunals or any authority. It intends to provide free legal assistance to poor persons who are not able to enforce the rights given to them by law. Justice P.N. Bhagwati has clearly stated that legal aid means providing an arrangement in the society that makes the machinery of administration of Justice easily accessible and within reach of those who have to resort to it for enforcement of rights given to them by law. He has rightly said that the poor and the illiterate should be able to approach the courts and their ignorance and poverty should not be an impediment in the way of obtaining justice from the Courts. The constitution of India gives much importance to rule of law. In India, it is regarded as a part of the basic structure of the Constitution and also of natural justice. Free legal aid to the poor and weak persons has been held to be a necessary adjunct to the rule of the law.

The founder of our organization being an advocate himself has always stood for the needy one’s our legal aid for under-trial Prisoners is given to innocents who have been falsely arrested, as advocates our team understands each case thoroughly and after scrutiny & research we take the cases, be it a trial, bail or even a matter to visit Police Station, we have so far bailed our more than 50+ innocent under trial Prisoners across India as we have strong core legal Team.

Having a strong Legal team & our founder being a Supreme court Advocate have always fought cases for Public interest be it in the serious matter of covid mismanagement by centre & state government during the covid crisis, be it false news reporting and allegations on certain groups of people or matters of environment, our team has always stood for the right, our Founder have alone fought for millions of residents who were having respiratory & medical issues because of a bio-medical waste plant in the middle of Mumbai, he fought at National Green Tribunal apex bench and got the order which asks the government to take measures against such dangerous plants.

Project Sakhi ( Safety for women & cases of domestic violence)

Our Legal Team & our founder is known as Women’s advocate after his gallant work as a counsel in the infamous case of sullideals & bullibai app where Muslim women were auctioned online, he proactively called the victims & drafted & filed their complaints with Mumbai Police cybercrime, he assisted the Cybercrime police, in this case, to get rid of the monsters behind this plans. The idea of project Sakhi is to provide legal security to women, such as providing free legal consultations to underprivileged women who can’t incur legal expenses for their problems, providing legal aid in domestic violence cases, cases related to dowry & fake promises of marriage cases, in all these types of cases our team shall provide free legal assistance to the needy.
